Funds
We help GPs capital raise. We generally work on Funds I to IV with target sizes up to $1.5 billion. The team has collectively raised over $2 billion.
Independent Sponsor Deals
We help Independent Sponsors find equity partners on a deal-by-deal basis.
Direct Secondaries
We broker private shares between buyers and sellers in both direct trade and SPV structures. We have a robust network to facilitate secondaries transactions.

Managing Partner
Kelvin has had over 20 years of experience specializing in alternative investments and private banking. He has held a number of senior positions with various financial institutions including Citi, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. He started his career in auditing with PwC covering the financial services sector. Kelvin graduated from the University of Manchester in the UK with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Accounting, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Managing Partner
Daniel has over 10 years of financial services and private equity experience. He began his career at Hudson Advisors, the asset management arm of Lone Star Funds. In 2016, Daniel joined Raglan Capital as a Corporate Finance Executive, focusing on pre-IPO capital raising and IPO projects. While at Raglan, Daniel helped to form Open Orphan plc. Before co-founding Kells Capital, Daniel was SVP at a boutique placement agent in New York City, raising capital from family offices and other institutional investors for a range of private asset classes. Daniel has an MSc Finance from Trinity College Dublin, is a CFA Charterholder, and holds his Series 63 and 7 securities licenses. Daniel was previously listed as an Honoree in the Irish Echo 40 Under 40 awards.
